JIC collaborates with the institutes and laboratories of BAS, with universities and with similar to JIC European units, as well as, with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Bulgarian Industrial Association and their regional branches.

JIC is a partner in „Enterprise Europe Network” – the largest information consultancy network in Europe, assisting business and science in the development of its innovation potential and for raising awareness about the policies of the European Commission directed towards business and science. One of the main activities of JIC in „Enterprise Europe Network” is the finding and promoting of scientific and technological research and their offering in a worldwide electronic market, as well as, support for establishing partnerships.
