The third annual Inventions and Innovation Exposition “IIE2011” took place in Sofia, November 9-11, 2011 in the National House of Science and Technology. The Joint Innovation Centre of BAS was co-organizing the exposition.

The European Day of Entrepreneur (EDE) is held for the ninth consecutive year in the frame of the European Week of the SMEs under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism and Minister Traicho Traikov. The Joint Innovation Centre of BAS is a co-organizer of the event.

In the frame of the European Day of the Entrepreneur JIC-BAS co-organized the panel session “Academy-Industry Partnership – Challenges in front of the Entrepreneurs”, which discussed EU political instruments for development of public-private partnerships (PPP).
