On October 23, 2012 with the participation of the Joint Innovation Centre of BAS, the cluster was established as a non-profit association by the following legal entities: Bulgarian Gas Center, Bulgarian Association Natural Gas, Technical University – Sofia, University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, University of Mining and Geology, “Henry Ford” Professional High school, Bulgarian Industrial Association, Gastechnika Ltd., Tassy Ltd., Sevlievogas 2000, Overgas Inc., Overgas Service, Tobogas and Gastec BG.

Ratio is the first project of the NGO Evolutionary Vision. The purpose of Ratio is to promote the principles of scientific thought by giving access to interesting lecturers that can present scientific ideas in an engaging manner for a “layman” audience.

The 6^th International Conference for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Regional Development (ICEIRD 2013) will take place in Istanbul on June 20-21, 2013. The conference will feature plenary talks as well as paper and workshop sessions.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we cordially invite you to submit your original research-grounded studies and proposals for workshops to ICEIRD 2013 by October 22^nd, 2012. All submissions will be peer-reviewed and the program committee will select the papers/workshop proposals considering their relation to the theme of the conference, academic quality and novelty. The decision of abstract and paper acceptances will be communicated by November 5^th, 2012 and March 4^th, 2013, respectively.
